Would my teammate and I be allowed to drive different cars? Or by class do you mean a certain model of car?

Hold up a minute! Didn't you leave crew just a couple days ago!? bukit23 correct?! Not to mention, from this point on, any serious events lasting more than a week or two need to be approved by night shift staff.

No wonder i have you muted. because each race was too close together for me to straighten things out. Each race is at least four weeks apart so everything will be sorted out in between each race. I have more time on my hands than ever before ๐ก. and my xbox live runs out at the end of the year

Ok, so let me get this straight...
First, you are expecting people to consistently do this event once a month for the next 5 months? You want people to pair up as teams, and during a 90 minute race, one guy just has to sit there for 45 minutes and do nothing? Who is going to manage when a pit should be taken? Who proves that certain things happen and makes the calls on if a caution lap should come out? Who proves what drivers drove when? How many people do you need to make this event actually happen? How many people have drawn interest in the first few days you have presented this? How is track selection going to be decided? What happens if team members change OR if one team member cannot make it that night?
These are just a few questions that you MUST answer before this event even gets put up for review. AND, again, your technically not in crew anymore, so this thread has been moved. Your excuse for leaving doesn't work for me.

AND, again, your technically not in crew anymore, so this thread has been moved. Your excuse for leaving doesn't work for me. 1 I understand that not everyone can consistently make every single race, however the dates in the week will be based around everyone's schedule and I'll put up a poll for the possible days the race can take place. and if some people still can't make it, their will be designated sub drivers for the event. 2 people can watch from the pitlane of the race ahead and can help their teammates with team strategy like when their teammates should take a pit and swap drivers. their is no lap limit of when you can't take a pit however each driver must drive for at least a half an hour. 3 I will, and I have a website that'll keep tack of when people come in to the pits and how long they have been on track. 4 I will be running the saftey car and will be watching for collisions. their will be another person from time to time that'll help me see the collisions. 5 five people have already said that they'd like to take part, however they are waiting for it to be cleared on the forums 6 track selection is based upon most of nightshifts most loved tracks, and none of the tracks are mine.

Forgive me ... is this gonna be on Team GTA Race mode? Then you can have a proper partner and can be in the same car at the same time?

Then you can have a proper partner and can be in the same car at the same time? yes, however what the passengers are going to watch from the pitlane since having two people in each car makes the car lag more and it slows down the car. so if someone's partner dc's then the solo driver won't have a speed advantage

I love the idea, but im curious to how the accident spotting will work. How will you spot every accident? If something controversial is missed, somebody will have to record a clip, wait for it to be uploaded to xbox live, and send a message with that clip. (Unless a driver takes responsibility) Then the clip would be discussed, and penalties would be assessed. All of this would take a big chunk of time, plus an active driver to send a message. (Unless driver switch is mandatory after a major accident) I think the only way to have this not happen would be to have a 'spectator' on each corner, or have people in spectator mode. Forgive me if this has already been dealt with using a better solution, or if I am mistaken on how the game + message system works, but I have no idea how you could monitor every accident without an abundance of spectators, or have a large pending time.

I will be watching from the pause map menu and when I see cars at a halt or making weird maneuvers, then that'll raise questions of if the saftey car will be pulled. and the best thing to do is to record the incident and a time penalty may be added after the race if it is necessary. In addition, if a saftey car is pulled, drivers will regain their positions between the people involved in the accident during the saftey car period. so that their is no advantage to take out a few cars to have a saftey car pulled out.

Okay, sounds good. I just want to make sure everything was thought out for an unusual event addition. I never even thought about using the map, lol.

Hi Trumpet, haven't seen you around for a while, and hope you're doing well?
But some serious questions.. Why did you leave the crew and THEN decide to host an event? And why have you unlinked your Xbox gamertag to your RSC account, and subsequently connections with the crew? And you're planning on leaving Xbox altogether at Christmas too?
Come on, buddy, that's not the way to do things. I like you, but you need to respect crew hierarchy on such matters, and contact Grassy, Lifted and Bukit to OK things first, and include Apex too even though he's no longer around. That's the cool way of doing things.

This isn't a crew event anymore anyway, since he isn't in crew, so he can manage things however he would like. Just granting him the opportunity to promote here, as it seems some crew members find interest in it.

You're right, and if you're out there somewhere reading this, Trumpet, you no longer have any say because you chose to leave the crew. Lifted is being very tolerant in letting you post here and promote your event, so be thankful of that.

However their is some uncertainties going on because I am on a new platform. but I'll leave it there. anyways lets actually talk about the event!!! to sign up, look in the op if you cant access the link, message me and I'll ask you the questions in the link and I'll sign you up.

Good to see you last night, Trumpet. I enjoyed racing with you and the other guys last night.
But count me out of this event, mate. I don't think it's going to work, just being honest.
