I'm wondering about what is the future for Night Shift going forward. I've noticed we haven't had any announcements for racing events except for some time trials here and there. Are we just on a short break and we will eventually get back to the racing aspects or have we come to a complete halt?

Grassy was the only one who could get people to show up and race. Unless he comes back, I wouldn't count on much more than a few races here and there, if that.

As far as I'm concerned, nothing has changed - you're all still my online friends and I haven't removed anyone. I think GTA online has reached its natural conclusion - five years down the line, flying bikes, and many of us are sick of it, that's all.

Plenty of racing going on...just branch out a little ladies One of the reasons I still log in to this forum and consider its crew members my online friends is due to the mutual respect, respectful conversation and maturity shown by all members. We don't log on anonymously, take pot shots and call each other "ladies".

NSR has it's own little nitch in the world of GTA Online Racing. We are not really a part of the rest of the 'racing community'. We do things bit different and it has worked for us even when Grassy and I were on 360 together. People know what to expect from us, and they can come and go as they please, but we will never change the way we do things. Grassy is without a doubt the anchor of the crew, Thus, the reason why he is the crew leader. He will never be replaced as such. Maybe we have slow times, maybe it will even die some day, but we will not change our core standards just to bring in more people. 3 people, or 15 people, we will still be going, and you will know what your getting into when you join. Old School, Clean contact racing, a place for guys to relax at the end of their hard day of work, without kids screaming in the backround, or non contact, try hard bullshit. There's plenty of other groups to join for that shit. Funny how this anonymous guest feels the need to chime in, likely a past crew member who wore out his welcome and is still salty about not being a part of this crew any longer.

One thing I realised by my quick foray into RDR2 last night (the first 'tutorial' before I turned off) is that it's just another game and it won't completely take over from GTA online. We're here because we like racing and the community of people surrounding that, like Lifted says above - it's a little niche that isn't part of the rest of the racing community. thanks for the good racing last night folks, take care and see you all soon.
